Who guides you
Tereza
In-house lawyer for a Czech fintech company. Tereza is not a practising advocate — the services CzechStay provides are consultation and strategic guidance, not legal representation.
CzechStay is run by Tereza from Brno. When you call or write, you talk directly to Tereza. Before this, I worked with a staffing agency, in cooperation with Filipino partner agencies (Venture Management, Bob Star and MEC) that place workers seeking employment abroad. For the past year I have focused on helping families, especially from the Philippines, find a home in the Czech Republic — preparing documents, arranging translations, booking appointments and explaining each step of the process.
How we work
You start with a free 15-minute call. We tell you honestly what is possible, what it takes and what it costs. Then we agree one fixed price, you pay in instalments, and you know which step you are in at all times. We reply to messages within 48 hours and you can call any time.
Where we work
We work with families anywhere in the Czech Republic — by phone, video call and e-mail. In-person meetings are available in Prague, Brno, Olomouc and Ostrava.

What we do not do
Tereza has a law degree, but she is not a practising advocate. CzechStay is a consulting and assistance service, not a law firm: we do not represent you before the authorities, and the outcome of an application does not depend on us. We do not promise approval or dates.
